Field Application Engineer

Description

The Field Application Engineer will provide technical support and expertise to customers, ensuring effective use of our products and solutions. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and customer interaction to drive product adoption and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers, providing support and guidance on product usage.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop technical proposals and solutions for customer needs.
• Provide training and support to customers on product features and functionality.
• Work closely with engineering and product management teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-8 years of experience in a technical support or field application engineering role.
• Strong understanding of electronic components and systems, including semiconductors and embedded systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
