Job Description

Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP ODATA Consultant to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP development and experience with ODATA services to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance ODATA services in SAP ABAP.
Design and implement solutions based on client requirements using SAP ABAP and ODATA.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of existing ABAP programs and ODATA services.
Optimize and refactor code for performance improvements.
Document technical specifications and maintain code documentation for future reference.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of ODATA protocols and services.
Experience with SAP NetWeaver Gateway and Fiori applications.
Proficiency in ABAP programming, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Understanding of SAP modules like SD, MM, or FI for effective integration.
Familiarity with data modeling and service consumption in SAP.
Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and performance tuning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
