Field Application Engineer

Role Overview: As a Field Application Engineer, you will be responsible for providing leadership in supporting product installations, deployments, training, and fault rectification for Armed/Paramilitary forces. Your role will require a good knowledge of Radio Frequency and the willingness to travel as well as stay at ASSPL Nodal Centre in Ahmedabad. You should possess strong troubleshooting skills, basic computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership in supporting product installations, deployments, training, and fault rectification for Armed/Paramilitary forces. - Demonstrate good knowledge of Radio Frequency. - Travel as required for product support. - Stay at ASSPL Nodal Centre in Ahmedabad when necessary. - Utilize strong troubleshooting skills for system issues. - Possess basic computer knowledge, including MS Office. - Handle customer interactions effectively. - Communicate proficiently in English and Hindi.
