Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for production of high-quality bio-fertilizers by operating and maintaining fermentation equipment and ensuring smooth and efficient production processes.
Operate and monitor fermentation processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Initiate and monitor fermentation runs, including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and other critical parameters.
Collect samples and perform basic quality checks during fermentation.
Maintain accurate records of all fermentation activities.
Perform routine inspections and cleaning of fermentation equipment (bioreactors, tanks, piping).
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving equipment malfunctions.
Conduct basic equipment maintenance and repairs as directed.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in maintaining quality control standards throughout the fermentation process.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.
