Role & Responsibilities: The candidate will be responsible for production of high-quality bio-fertilizers by operating and maintaining fermentation equipment and ensuring smooth and efficient production processes. Operate and monitor fermentation processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Initiate and monitor fermentation runs, including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and other critical parameters. Collect samples and perform basic quality checks during fermentation.
