Job Description

Create and deliver sales training programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires
Conduct ongoing training for skill development, product updates, or process changes
Coach reps on sales techniques (prospecting, objection handling, closing, etc.)
Role-play sales scenarios and provide feedback
Help reps adopt CRM and sales enablement tools effectively
Monitor sales team performance and identify skill gaps
Analyze sales metrics to tailor training content
Provide feedback to sales leadership on team strengths and development areas
Work with Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams
Align training with company goals and sales strategy
Serve as a bridge between product knowledge and real-world selling
Design training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,211.74 - ₹46,418.19 per month
