Job Description

  • Create and deliver sales training programs (in-person, virtual, or hybrid)
  • Develop onboarding programs for new sales hires
  • Conduct ongoing training for skill development, product updates, or process changes
  • Coach reps on sales techniques (prospecting, objection handling, closing, etc.)
  • Role-play sales scenarios and provide feedback
  • Help reps adopt CRM and sales enablement tools effectively
  • Monitor sales team performance and identify skill gaps
  • Analyze sales metrics to tailor training content
  • Provide feedback to sales leadership on team strengths and development areas
  • Work with Sales Managers, Product Marketing, and Enablement teams
  • Align training with company goals and sales strategy
  • Serve as a bridge between product knowledge and real-world selling
  • Design training materials (presentations, manuals, e-learning modules)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,211.74 - ₹46,418.19 per month
