Job Description:

As a Sales & Admin Executive at AluKitchen, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom or enquiring through phone/WhatsApp. You will handle sales assistance, basic admin tasks, customer follow-up, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your role will directly support the showroom’s performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Handling:

• Attend walk-in customers and explain AluKitchen product features and benefits
• Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right kitchen solutions

Sales Coordination:

• Support the sales team by preparing quotations
• Follow up with interested leads
• Maintain customer details and sales records

Admin & Documentation:

• Maintain daily inventory and basic documentation
• Coordinate with the design and installation team for order status
• Assist in billing, filing, and maintaining showroom reports

Showroom Management:

• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and ambience
• Ensure samples and demo units are neat and presentable

Communication & Support:

• Coordinate with the core Aarco Designers office when required
• Provide updates to management on daily activities

Qualifications:

• Women candidates only
• Minimum +2 or any degree
• Good communication and customer-friendly attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email)
• Freshers can apply; training will be provided
• Organized, presentable, and responsible
