Job Description:

As a Site Engineer at Aarco Designers, you will be responsible for supervising interior execution work at client sites, ensuring quality, correctness, and timely completion. You will coordinate between the design team, factory team, and labor team to make sure execution matches approved drawings and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision:

• Oversee day-to-day execution of interior work at project sites
• Verify measurements and ensure work matches design drawings
• Ensure proper installation of carpentry, modular units, electrical, and other interior elements

Coordination:

• Coordinate with the Project Coordinator and design team
• Communicate material requirements to the factory and procurement team
• Manage site labor and resolve on-site issues

Quality Control:

• Inspect materials and workmanship for quality compliance
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and proper handling of materials

Reporting:

• Provide daily site updates through photos and reports
• Track project progress and escalate delays or issues
• Maintain documentation related to site measurements and changes

Client Interaction:

• Communicate politely with clients on-site when needed
• Clarify doubts and ensure smooth execution experience

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil, Architecture, or Interior-related field
• Experience in interior site execution (preferred; freshers with interest can apply)
• Good understanding of measurements, drawings, and site work
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to travel to multiple sites in and around Theni
