As a Loan Sales Executive at an NBFC Bank, your role will involve driving the sales of personal and business loans. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide them with suitable loan products to meet their requirements. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets is crucial in this position, and you will be expected to assist clients with loan applications while ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships will be essential to encourage repeat business and referrals. You will also be required to provide after-sales support by addressing customer queries and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaboration with internal teams to process loan applications efficiently and ensure a seamless client experience is key. It is important to stay updated on industry trends and NBFC regulations affecting loan products to provide the best service to clients. Compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all loan sales activities is a fundamental aspect of the role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a graduate degree in any discipline, preferably in finance, commerce, or related fields. A minimum of 1 year of experience in loan sales, specifically personal and business loans, is required. Strong knowledge of NBFC loan products and regulatory requirements is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining client relationships. A sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to achieving targets is crucial. The ability to work independently, manage multiple clients efficiently, and proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software are also important skills for this role. Having at least 1 year of experience in personal and business loan sales, preferably with a background in an NBFC, will be advantageous. A proven track record in achieving or exceeding loan sales targets and experience in handling a diverse portfolio of clients across various sectors will further enhance your suitability for this position.
