We are currently seeking, a dynamic and highly organized Admin cum EA to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Admin cum EA is in charge of managing office procedures and setting up systems to make sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

· Represent the company professionally with a presentable appearance, courteous behavior, and strong English communication skills.

· Demonstrate basic tech proficiency to independently troubleshoot minor PC issues and resolve routine technical problems.

· Supervise housekeeping staff and operations.

· Oversee repair and maintenance activities (plumbing, electrical, etc) and coordinate with vendors for timely execution.

· Be computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, basic networking, and firewall configurations.

· Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) for services such as AC, EPBX, pest control, etc. Handle car tasks (PUC, FASTag, servicing, insurance) and renewals for domain SSL, email services, and website storage.

· Maintain and update inventories of stationery, IT equipment, pantry supplies, and housekeeping materials.

· Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and finalize procurement to optimize cost efficiency.

· Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for easy access and documentation.

· Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.

· To assist MD & CEO with tasks given.
