Job Description

As a CRM System Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the CRM system. This includes analyzing CRM data to enhance customer engagement and retention, as well as collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to devise effective CRM strategies. Your role will also involve ensuring data accuracy through the implementation of quality control measures and providing training to staff on CRM best practices to ensure consistent usage. Additionally, you will be expected to integrate new tools and technologies into the CRM platform, produce regular reports on CRM metrics and campaign effectiveness, and address user issues while continuously optimizing CRM functionalities. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person. Benefits for this role include cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. Proficiency in English is preferred for this position.,
