Job Description

  • Manage the daily operations of the CRM system.
  • Analyze CRM data to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop CRM strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy by implementing quality control measures.
  • Train staff on CRM best practices and ensure consistent usage.
  • Integrate new tools and technologies into the CRM platform.
  • Produce regular reports on CRM metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Address user issues and continuously optimize CRM functionalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
