Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Female Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate books of accounts (Ledger, Cash Book, Journal Entries).
Handle accounts payable & receivable, reconciliation of bank statements.
Prepare and maintain GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
Generate MIS reports, balance sheets, profit & loss statements.
Manage petty cash and day-to-day financial transactions.
Coordinate with auditors for yearly/quarterly audits.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
Proven work experience as an Accountant (minimum 2–4 years preferred).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of taxation, GST, and compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Preferred Candidate:

Female candidate with a professional attitude.
Experience in [Jewellery / Retail / Manufacturing / Trading industry – customize as per your need].
Immediate joiner will be an added advantage.
