Responsibilities
  • Communication:

    Serve as a liaison between the Managing Partner and internal/external contacts, responding to inquiries and requests on their behalf.
  • Administrative Support:

    Provide administrative support to the Managing Partner, including drafting and editing correspondence, preparing presentations,maintaining accurate records,, preparing email responses etc.
  • Meeting Coordination

    : Plan and organise meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and minute-taking.
  • Project Support:

    Assist in managing special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Partner, including research, analysis, and coordination with team members.
  • Confidentiality:

    Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents.
