Job Description

House keeping Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors. Make beds and change linens as required. Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures. Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, and lounges. Replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products. Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Service Stewards Answering the phone and providing basic information about restaurant services and operating hours or assisting with the scheduling of reservations Maintaining clean and sanitised menus for guest use Refilling drinks as required Rolling and replacing cutlery as required Maintaining stocked serving stations with condiments, trays and napkins Directing customers to the location of the restrooms Clearing tables as guests finish their meals Complying with all safety and sanitation procedures Assisting kitchen staff with the preparation of simple dishes such as salads and desserts Service Stewards Answering the phone and providing basic information about restaurant services and operating hours or assisting with the scheduling of reservations Maintaining clean and sanitised menus for guest use Rolling and replacing cutlery as required Maintaining stocked serving stations with condiments, trays and napkins Directing customers to the location of the restrooms Clearing tables as guests finish their meals Essential Qualification High school oe diploma in hotel management Proven experience in housekeeping/Service Stewards or a similar role preferred. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
