F&B Service Executive

Job Summary:

The F&B Service Executive is responsible for ensuring exceptional dining experiences by supervising and coordinating the activities of the F&B service team. This role involves maintaining high standards of service, supporting daily operations, addressing guest needs, and ensuring smooth execution of food and beverage service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily F&B operations across restaurant, bar, or banquet settings.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Assist in training, guiding, and mentoring service staff to meet service standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, organization, and presentation of service areas.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, escalating issues when needed.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of service items and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Assist in planning and executing events, promotions, or special dining experiences.
• Generate service reports and provide input to management for performance improvement.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:

• Flexible work schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• On-foot for extended periods; may require lifting or carrying service items.
