Job Description

Requirement for an experienced F&B manager to lead overall operations of cloud kitchen and retail outlets of a northern Indian cuisine brand. 1. Experience in managing cloud kitchen and quick service restaurant is a must 2. Must understand food backend operations and logistics set up 3. Had handled multiple retail outlets and kitchens before 4. Deep experience in F&B as a sector and expansion 5. Can lead a team and talk to market place manager, support staff hiring and logistics management 6. Atleast 4 years of experience in the Industry, should be able to use a laptop and must have a 2 wheeler for travel.
