About the Role We are looking for an experienced North Indian Chef skilled in preparing authentic gravies and traditional dishes. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in managing kitchen teams, maintaining quality, and ensuring consistency across operations. Responsibilities Prepare North Indian gravies and dishes such as Dal Makhani, Rajma, Paneer curries, etc. Oversee daily kitchen operations and team of Commis I & II . Plan menus, manage inventory, and ensure timely food preparation. Maintain hygiene, portion control, and kitchen standards. Coordinate with management for supply needs and new recipes. Prior experience in restaurants or cloud kitchens is preferred. Requirements Experience: 4–5 years in a North Indian kitchen setup. Strong knowledge of gravies, tandoor, and main-course preparations.
