As the F&B Executive in Sonipat, my responsibilities include:
- Creating indents for the F&B section based on consumption patterns
- Monitoring breakages and maintaining consumption reports and department costs
- Ensuring adherence to company discipline on-site
- Practicing proper food hygiene and storage protocols
- Managing catering services and buffet equipment with care
- Enforcing safe working practices for all staff members
- Following site safety rules and procedures diligently
- Preventing equipment and materials from being left unattended
-Experience in high-pressure catering environments, especially in commercial or industrial settings
- Familiarity with electronic cash register systems and basic bookkeeping
- Proficiency in computer usage
- Strong communication, planning, and leadership skills
- Professional demeanor representing Sodexo
- Customer-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Creative with attention to detail
- Team player with collaboration skills
