Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the restaurant and dining areas.
Ensure smooth food and beverage service as per resort standards.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Guide and train service staff; assist in scheduling and shift management.
Handle guest complaints calmly and professionally; resolve issues efficiently.
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
Monitor hygiene, grooming, and service standards across the F&B service team.
Assist in inventory control and requisition of supplies.
Ensure billing procedures and POS entries are accurately followed.
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as F&B Captain or Team Leader in a reputed hotel/resort.
Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred).
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of F&B service standards and customer service.
Familiar with North East culture and hospitality practices is a plus.
Must be willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of local languages (Khasi, Assamese) is an advantage.
