Dishwasher and kitchen hand

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishes, utensils, glassware, and kitchen equipment. This position ensures the kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, safe, and organized to support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and kitchen tools.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and trash areas according to hygiene standards.
• Operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly and ready for use.
• Assist in cleaning food preparation and storage areas.
• Handle glassware and fragile items carefully to prevent breakage.
• Follow proper chemical handling and sanitation procedures.
• Empty trash bins and maintain overall cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning or prep tasks when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• No formal education required (high school diploma preferred).
• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Good physical stamina (ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Work Conditions:

• Fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
