Job Title: F&B Service Captain

Job Overview:

Altruist Group of Hotels is looking for a dynamic and experienced F&B Service Captain to join our team at our Hyderabad and Mumbai locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach to enhance guest satisfaction and ensure smooth daily operations of the Food & Beverage service team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the service team to ensure excellent guest service
• Coordinate between the kitchen and service staff to maintain timely and accurate service
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
• Train and guide junior staff members in service procedures and etiquette
• Monitor inventory levels of service items and coordinate with the store department
• Assist in planning and organizing special events, banquets, and promotions
• Ensure billing and cash handling procedures are followed as per hotel standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an F&B Captain or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Good knowledge of F&B service standards and hospitality etiquette
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused approach
