F&B Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests in dining and beverage service areas, ensuring a memorable guest experience. You will work as part of a team to maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables and managing side duties.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, informing supervisors of shortages.
• Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
• Process payments and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in setting up for events, buffets, or special functions when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in food and beverage or customer service roles preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
