Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service:Welcome guests warmly and ensure they have an exceptional dining experience.Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.Provide menu recommendations and assist guests with dietary preferences or restrictions.Order Management:Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to service standards.Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.Hygiene and Cleanliness:Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, service stations, and pantry.Ensure all equipment and utensils are sanitized and in proper working condition.Stock Management:Assist in inventory checks and restocking of supplies as required.Inform management of low stock levels or maintenance issues.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other team members to provide seamless service to guests.Assist in setting up and closing dining areas during shifts.Compliance and Safety:Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies.
