Main responsibilities:
Process Customer Requests for Quote
Complete initial feasibility review
Provide product cost
Process new part set up
Complete feasibility review, ensure all specifications are understood and measurable.
Managing customer requirements
Provide recommendations on application and specification changes

Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience in manufacturing.
Minimum 2 years fastener experience.
Bachelors degree in engineering, material sciences or related experience
AIAG Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA
GD&T, Print Review, Understanding and interpretation of engineering specifications (IFI, ASME, etc). Fastener experience is highly preferred.
Ability to read a blueprint
Ability to read technical specifications
Familiar with cold heading tolerances
Knowledge of manufacturing methods
