Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare and maintain Inward & Outward Reports for all material movement.
Create and update Monthly Expense Reports related to logistics and operations
Maintain Campaign Expense Sheets for marketing and field activities.
Coordinate with Installation Vendors for timely installation and service completion.
Prepare and issue Delivery Challans for all dispatches. Handle HQ Coordination for New Orders, approvals, and material requirements.
Manage E-way Bill Creation for all shipments as per GST and logistics compliance.
Update and monitor the Material Tracking Portal for accurate stock and movement records.
Conduct Warehouse Audits to ensure stock accuracy, proper storage, and documentation compliance.
Perform Coordination with Various Departments such as sales, marketing, accounts, and operations for seamless workflow.
Arranging Transportation for material dispatch, delivery, and movement across locations.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with 3-5 years of logistics or warehouse experience.
Knowledge of E-way bills, delivery challans, and material tracking.
Good coordination skills with HQ, vendors, and internal teams.
Excel skills and ability to manage reports.
Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient in handling dispatch tasks.
