Roles and Responsibilities To lead team of R&D Engineers - Design and Development & Manufacturing of Switch Mode Power Supply / Power Conversion Units products for Hi-Reliability application. Should be involved in power circuit design, electrical schematic, bom finalising, prototype build, testing and qualification of the Power Conversion Circuits and Systems. To work with mechanical, PCB layout, and firmware engineering teams to successfully design, validate, prototyping and manufacture power converters. To manage product development, design validation, product qualification/certification and Customer Acceptance Test plan as per Customer requirements. Desired Candidate Profile Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering/Electronics /Power Electronics with thorough knowledge and experience in power electronics circuits design and development. 6 - 12 years of relevant hardware design development experience in power converter (AC/DC, DC/DC, UPS & DC/AC) Experience in designing and validating circuits using Industry standard Bricks, MOSFETs, IGBTs, Power Management ICs, Electronic Active/Passive Components. Experience in product testing, reliability analysis and qualification of power supplies/power electronics circuits to Military / Railway Standards (EMI/EMC and Environmental) Immediate Joiners Perks and Benefits As per Industry standard
