Job Title: Stylist Retail Store (Ethnic Wear)

Experience - 1 to 4 Years

Shifts : 6 Days Working(10 hour shift)

11:30am to 9:30pm/12:00pm/12:30pm likewise

Weekoff : Rotational off 1 day (Anyday)

Depending on Seasonal Events

Job Profile :

We are looking for a dynamic and fashion-forward Stylist to join our retail store team for our premium ethnic wear segment. Along with offering styling advice, the Stylist will play an important role in driving sales and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling advice to customers based on their preferences, occasions and latest trends.
• Actively engage with customers to generate sales and achieve individual as well as store targets.
• Showcase and present ethnic wear collections effectively to drive purchase decisions.
• Assist customers in mix-and-match styling to create complete looks, upsell and cross-sell wherever possible.
• Maintain store visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Stay updated with current ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, and customer demands.
• Support the store team in daily operations and ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Fashion Design/Fashion Styling or relevant field (preferred).
• 1 to 4 years of experience as a Stylist/Fashion Consultant/Sales Executive in retail (Ethnicwear experience
  is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of ethnic fashion trends, fabrics, and styling.
• Sales-driven with proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric with a passion for fashion and styling.
