Meeting Target; Production: Supervisor is responsible to produce target quantity at the end of the day. Preparation of the daily production report and commercial report. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with different teams, suppliers, and manufacturers. You should be able to clearly explain design concepts, provide instructions, and build good relationships. Problem-Solving: Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and be able to anticipate and address challenges during the sample development process. Quick decision-making and critical thinking skills are important for ensuring smooth production. Fashion Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the fashion industry Monitoring quality & production as per company benchmarks/ specifications for timely deliveries. Costing of the New development products. * Experience working with direct buyers. * Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with multiple systems for data management. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Provide accurate specifications, technical drawings, and measurements to support the production process. Deal with any issues that may arise during production in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers. Line Setting: supervisor does sequencing of machine, select most suitable operators from available operators for each operation. Supervisor stands aside of the operator and instruct to her/him how to make the operation on first pieces. Team Management: Since the production supervisor has to lead a team. It is important for them to have a good team management skill. Vendor management: Should have an experience of managing production vendors. Specially in case of production outsourcing. Style Analysis: Supervisor should have complete understanding of the garment. He/She should collect sample before starting the work.
