Location: Gargee Designers, New Delhi

Timings: 11 AM – 7.30 PM, 6 days a week,

Weekly off- Tuesdays

Reporting To: Creative Director and Managing Director

Note- No work from home allowed

Gargee Designers is a New Delhi–based contemporary menswear brand offering affordable luxury since 1980. Known for canvas suits, artisanal sherwanis, tuxedos, and kurtas — our strength lies in handcrafted tailoring, styling innovation and timeless silhouettes.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic Fashion Merchandiser to manage our online orders, coordinate production, assist clients, and ensure timely deliveries across platforms like Pernia, Aza, and our website.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process orders from Pernia, Aza, and website
• Coordinate with the production team and ensure timely dispatch
• Oversee quality checks, packaging, and delivery tracking

 Client Interaction & Sales Support

• Handle order-related queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Shopify
• Assist clients with style suggestions, sizing, and convert inquiries into orders
• Ensure timely, polite, and professional communication

Website & Product Management

• Upload new products on Shopify with accurate pricing, descriptions & styling notes
• Update Pernia & Aza teams regularly about stock availability
• Mark sold-out products & update website with any third-party discounts

Reporting & Order Tracker

• Maintain Google Sheets to track all orders platform-wise with details
• Summarize monthly order count & value from each platform
• Track order status: received, sent to production, dispatched, payment status, etc.

   Documentation & Coordination

• Prepare line sheets and cost sheets for new launches
• Ensure product data, pricing, and assets are organized and updated

Who You Are

• Punctual, organized & detail-oriented
• Good with follow-ups and multitasking
• Excellent communication & people skills
• Comfortable with Shopify, Google Sheets, and basic Excel
• Fashion graduate (merchandising/business/design)
• Prior menswear brand experience is a plus
