Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Fashion Designer at Gamut HR Solutions, located in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong flair for design and creativity and will assist in driving brand development and fashion illustration. Qualifications and Skills Fashion Illustration (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in creating detailed and creative fashion illustrations to showcase design concepts accurately. Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory skill): Expertise in using Adobe Illustrator software to design and edit professional-grade fashion sketches and layouts. Brand Development (Mandatory skill): Strong understanding of developing brand identity and visual representation in fashion design. Textile Selection: Ability to choose suitable materials and textiles that align with design concepts and meet industry standards. Technical Sketching: Skilled in creating technical sketches for garment construction, ensuring accurate communication of design ideas. Trend Forecasting: Capable of analyzing fashion trends and incorporating them into innovative design concepts. Pattern Making: Experienced in pattern making techniques for creating precise templates for garment production. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality and accuracy in every stage of the design process. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with senior designers to develop fashion collections that align with the company's design philosophy. Create innovative fashion illustrations and concepts that reflect current fashion trends and target audience preferences. Select appropriate textiles and materials that enhance the designed garments' functionality and aesthetics. Develop technical sketches and specifications for production teams to ensure precise execution of designs. Participate in brand development initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market positioning. Conduct thorough trend forecasting research to incorporate latest styles and trends into design projects. Assist in pattern making and sample production to facilitate effective design communications and production accuracy.
