Flat Knit Division

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  garments

  across gauges and yarn blends (men’s, women’s, kids).
• Create

  new stitch structures, textures, jacquards, and design concepts

  aligned with seasonal trends.
• Work closely with

  sampling, merchandising, and production teams

  to ensure feasibility and timely execution.
• Prepare Tech Packs, Jacquard/Intarsia Graphic designs for Flat knitted garments.
• Prepare and maintain

  design sheets, swatch references, and technical details

  .
• Support buyers during

  sampling and development discussions

  , incorporating feedback effectively.
• Coordinate with machine operators and programmers to ensure accurate translation of designs.
• Oversee and Involve in Photoshoots and Catalog making for the samples.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years

  of experience in flat knit design (sweaters / pullovers / knitwear).
• Strong understanding of

  yarns, gauges, stitches, and fabric behavior

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Stoll / Shima Seiki machines

  (design coordination level).
• Ability to balance aesthetic creativity with production practicality.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
