FASHION DESIGNER CREATIVE HEAD

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Head - Fashion Designer to lead our design team and drive the creative vision for our brand HOP (HOUSE OF POKARNA). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of current fashion trends, a passion for innovation, and exceptional leadership skills. This role requires a visionary leader who can inspire and mentor a team of designers while also contributing their own design expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Creative Direction: Develop and execute the overall creative vision for the brand, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand's aesthetic and target audience.
• Design Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of fashion designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay abreast of current fashion trends, emerging styles, and market demands, translating them into commercially viable designs.
• Concept Development: Conceptualize and develop original designs for various collections, from initial sketches to final prototypes.
• Design Execution: Oversee the design process from concept to production, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Fabric and Material Selection: Research and select appropriate fabrics, trims, and other materials, considering quality, cost, and sustainability.
• Garment Construction: Possess a strong understanding of garment construction techniques and pattern making.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including merchandising, marketing, and production, to ensure cohesive product development and brand messaging.
• Budget Management: Manage the design budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.
• Presentations: Present design concepts and collections to internal stakeholders and potential clients.
• Team Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training opportunities for team members.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion design, with proven experience in a leadership role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills and creativity.
• Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD corel draw, etc..).
• Proficiency in AI app executions.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the brand's aesthetic.

MONTHLY PAY:-

· 30k to 35k.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
