Job Description

Research trends, colors, and fabrics; create collections in line with brand vision.
Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate closely with the sampling unit/vendors for timely sample development.
Source fabrics/trims and ensure quality, fit, and finish meet standards.
Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams to deliver commercial and creative goals.
Track and review sample timelines, inventory intake, and seasonal calendars.

Deliver distinctive, high-impact designs with strong option width; ensure customer-centric product presentation (shoot references, key search terms, styling suggestions); maintain product quality and fit with targeted sell-through rates and low returns.
Ensure on-time seasonal launches and monthly range deliveries with minimal deviation from planned timelines.
Provide accurate first cost and MRP proposals for all samples, benchmarked against competitive brands.
Maintain detailed critical paths, sampling trackers, and cost sheets; ensure transparent, cross-functional collaboration and adherence to timelines.
