Job Description

Research and analyze current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes to create innovative designs.
Develop seasonal collections and capsule lines aligned with the brand’s vision and market demand.
Create detailed sketches, CADs, and technical drawings for sampling and production.
Select fabrics, trims, and accessories in collaboration with the sourcing team.
Work closely with merchandisers, pattern masters, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution.
Attend fittings, make corrections, and finalize product samples.
Present design concepts and mood boards to management for approval.
Maintain awareness of competitor products and evolving market trends to keep the brand competitive.
Ensure timely delivery of design projects within collection calendars.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
