Job Title: Fashion Coordinator High Fashion Operations Location: Noida Reports to: Head of Operations Industry: High Fashion / Luxury Apparel Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Fashion Coordinator to support the Head of Operations in managing all facets of high fashion operations. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong sense of fashion aesthetics, excellent operational and communication skills, and the ability to step into the Operations Heads role when needed. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination across departments including design, production, logistics, merchandising, and retail. Key Responsibilities: Operational Support: Assist the Operations Head in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency across departments. Track timelines, production schedules, and seasonal calendars, ensuring timely delivery of collections. Coordinate between internal teams (design, production, marketing) and external vendors. Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Operations Head and other departments. Facilitate meetings, prepare reports, and ensure that key decisions are executed promptly. Provide support to team leads, ensuring all operational tasks are aligned with brand standards. Production & Logistics Oversight: Monitor sample and bulk production stages, ensuring quality and brand alignment. Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials. Supervise logistics for fashion shows, retail deliveries, and client orders. Showroom and Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of fashion shows, trunk shows, and pop-up events. Ensure coordination of styling, models, garments, and venue logistics. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all garments and production batches adhere to brand quality, ethical, and sustainability standards. Keep up with industry trends, luxury fashion benchmarks, and compliance regulations. Stand-In Leadership: Step in for the Operations Head when needed to make decisions, represent the department, and maintain operational continuity. Handle crisis management and solve day-to-day challenges independently when required. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or related field. 35 years of experience in fashion operations or fashion coordination, preferably in a luxury or high fashion environment. Strong understanding of fashion production cycles, supply chains, and retail operations. Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. High level of discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage confidential information. Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and creative environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, production tracking tools, and inventory systems. Preferred Attributes: Passion for high fashion and luxury branding. Ability to anticipate problems and proactively provide solutions. Willingness to travel occasionally for events, shoots, or production reviews.
