Fashion and Jewellery Brand Assistant

Location: Remote Type: Full-time Timings: 6:30 PM to 4:00 AM About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to support our fashion brand and jewellery line. This role involves managing product listings, coordinating with influencers, ordering samples, and handling various day-to-day tasks to support brand growth. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in listing photos and product details for both the fashion and jewelry collections on e- commerce platforms and social media. • Coordinate with influencers for collaborations, gifting, and promotions. • Order product samples, manage inventory records, and follow up with vendors. • Support with basic administrative tasks related to brand development. • Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders. • Maintain organized records of influencer outreach, samples sent, and campaign performance. Requirements: • Strong interest in fashion, jewellery, and social media marketing. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Experience with influencer outreach or e-commerce platforms is a plus. • Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Instagram, and email platforms. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand is a plus. • Familiarity with influencer trends and online marketing strategies.
