Fashion and Jewellery Brand Assistant

As a Fashion & Jewellery Brand Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our fashion brand and jewellery line. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in listing photos and product details on e-commerce platforms and social media for both fashion and jewelry collections. - Coordinating with influencers for collaborations, gifting, and promotions. - Ordering product samples, managing inventory records, and following up with vendors. - Supporting basic administrative tasks related to brand development. - Ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders. - Maintaining organized records of influencer outreach, samples sent, and campaign performance. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong interest in fashion, jewellery, and social media marketing. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. - Experience with influencer outreach or e-commerce platforms is a plus. - Basic knowledge of tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Instagram, and email platforms. In addition to the above, if you have prior experience in a fashion or lifestyle brand, and familiarity with influencer trends and online marketing strategies, it would be considered a plus.
