Job Description

As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for training and supervising office staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. Your role will also involve resolving customer queries and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, aiming to provide exceptional customer service at all times. Additionally, you will be tasked with leading and motivating our sales staff to achieve their targets and deliver outstanding results. Managing promotional activities, including the preparation of promotional materials and displays, will also be a key aspect of your role. You will oversee inventory control, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that any returned or exchanged items are processed efficiently. In this position, you will be responsible for managing budgets and generating sales revenue, contributing to the overall success of the business. You will play a crucial role in enforcing safety, health, and security rules to create a safe and secure environment for both customers and staff. Furthermore, you will be required to maintain stock inventories, meet customer shipping requirements, and report to supervisors on a regular basis. Your ability to solve customer issues effectively and efficiently will be vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for performance bonuses. The work location is in person, providing you with the chance to interact with both customers and colleagues in a dynamic and engaging environment.,
