Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and style-savvy Fashion Consultant to join our apparel retail team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a passion for fashion, customer engagement, and sales. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in making confident fashion choices, promoting our apparel collections, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers, understanding their style preferences and requirements.
  • Recommend outfits, accessories, and complete looks aligned with customer needs and brand trends.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Build lasting customer relationships by providing personalized styling advice and after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor offerings.
  • Handle billing, stock replenishment, and ensure smooth daily store operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
  • 0–2 years of experience in fashion retail or customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and customer engagement.
  • Energetic, presentable, and sales-driven personality.
  • Willingness to work in retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
