Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction Skills

• Warm, well-spoken, and courteous

• Ability to engage with walk-in clients and build a connection

• Comfortable with explaining product details and design stories

2. Sales & Conversion Focus

• Must have a flair for sales and persuasion

• Understands client needs and recommends appropriate products

• Focused on achieving individual and store sales targets

3. Product Knowledge

• Willing to learn about fabric, embroidery, craftsmanship, and silhouettes

• Should be able to narrate product inspirations and technical details clearly

4. Presentation & Grooming

• Well-groomed and carries a polished appearance

• Should represent the aesthetic and values of the brand

5. Inventory & POS Handling

• Basic understanding of billing, exchanges, and stock tracking

• Comfortable working with POS software (training can be provided)

6. Team Collaboration

• Works well in a team setup

• Coordinates with backend, alterations team, and store manager

7. Flexibility

• Willing to work weekends or during exhibitions/special launches

• Comfortable with client appointments outside regular hours (occasionally)

8. Languages

• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must

• Additional languages are a plus
