Fashion Sales Consultant

As a Fashion Sales Consultant at our company, your role will involve assisting customers and building genuine connections. You will be recommending products based on client needs and styling, aiming to meet sales targets and support store performance. It is essential to learn about fabrics, embroidery, and design inspiration to provide valuable insights to our customers. Moreover, maintaining polished grooming and reflecting brand aesthetics will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience. Handling billing, exchanges, and working with POS systems are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will need to coordinate with the backend, alterations, and store team, being open to working weekends or during special events. Qualifications required for this role include fluency in English and Hindi, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus. A passion for fashion, sales, and styling is essential, along with good communication and team skills.
