You will be joining our clothing brand as a Fashion Consultant, where your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting the perfect outfits, offering styling advice, and enhancing our brand image through exceptional customer service and trend knowledge. - Greeting and engaging with customers. - Understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable clothing options. - Providing styling recommendations based on factors like body type, occasion, and the latest fashion trends. - Ensuring that the store maintains a visually appealing appearance through proper merchandise display. - Promoting our brand products and new arrivals to customers. - Building strong client relationships to foster customer loyalty. - Collaborating with the store team to meet monthly sales targets. To excel in this role, you should have: - Previous experience as a fashion consultant, stylist, or sales associate in the fashion retail industry. - A strong fashion sense and up-to-date knowledge of current trends. - Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. - Confidence, well-groomed appearance, and passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Basic knowledge of fabric, fitting, and styling. Staying informed about the latest fashion trends and competitor brands will be part of your routine. You may also be involved in photoshoots, styling displays, and brand promotions as needed.
