Fashion Consultant

Job Summary

The Fashion Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized styling advice, product knowledge, and trend insights. This role supports sales targets by helping customers choose outfits and accessories that match their preferences, body types, and lifestyle needs. The consultant also maintains visual merchandising standards and contributes to store operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Styling

• Greet customers and offer personalized styling advice based on current fashion trends, customer preferences, and body shapes.
• Build rapport and develop long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist customers in selecting outfits, accessories, and complementary pieces.

Sales & Performance

• Achieve individual and store sales goals through active selling and upselling.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, including fabric types, fits, and brand stories.
• Maintain awareness of promotions, new arrivals, and stock availability.

Visual Merchandising

• Assist in store layout changes, mannequin dressing, and visual display upkeep.
• Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand standards.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Store Operations

• Process customer transactions accurately via POS systems.
• Manage stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product tagging.
• Handle exchanges, returns, and customer inquiries professionally.

RequirementsQualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; fashion-related courses are a bonus.
• Previous experience in retail, styling, or fashion consulting preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
