Role Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers professionally Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Achieve individual and store sales targets Maintain visual merchandising and store organization Handle billing, cash/card transactions, and POS operations Stay updated on product features, new launches, promotions, and KPIs
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred) Prior experience in fashion/apparel retail Strong communication skills and retail knowledge Energetic, outgoing, and presentable personality Passion for fashion and customer service Willing to work rotational shifts and weekends Age below 29 years
