Key Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to international airline customers via

    chat & email

    .
  • Assist with

    reservations, bookings, cancellations, refunds, flight status, and general queries

    .
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining service excellence.
  • Accurately document all interactions in the system.
  • Adhere to airline policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines.
  • Work effectively in a

    fast-paced, customer-focused environment

    .

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors Degree / Undergraduate dropouts accepted.
  • Experience: Candidates with

    6+ months of BPO experience

    .
  • Skills:
    • Excellent

      written English communication

      .
    • Strong typing speed & accuracy.
    • Proficiency in computer applications & multitasking.
  • Availability: Comfortable working in a

    24/7 rotational shift environment

    (including nights).
  • Schedule:

    5 days working, 2 rotational offs

    .
