Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Consultant at Chowk, located in Ahmedabad. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing fashion advice to clients, ensuring a high level of customer service, maintaining in-depth product knowledge, and driving sales. Daily tasks include assisting customers with style choices, managing client appointments, and building lasting customer relationships to increase overall satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and a customer-oriented approach
• Passion for fashion and staying updated with industry trends
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently
• A Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
