The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our diverse selection of designer collections. Daily tasks include managing sales transactions, providing detailed product information, maintaining store presentation, and building lasting relationships with clients. The role also involves participating in promotional events and contributing to sales targets. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of fashion trends and a keen sense of style Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed Prior experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent education
