Fashion Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Fashion Analyst to play a vital role in our blouse stitching production unit. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion designing, fabric types, embroidery techniques, and garment construction, especially in the context of traditional and bridal blouses. He will act as a bridge between the design, embroidery, tailoring, and sales teams, ensuring smooth and timely execution of every order.

. Use your stitching and tailoring expertise to explain garment construction and assist in fittings.

. Perform basic to intermediate stitching tasks, such as minor alterations, hemming, and blouse adjustments.

· Ensuring customer satisfaction

· Continues follow up should be with the production team

· Assisting sourcing process such as cloths and accessories of orders

· Take responsibility to dispatch of orders on time

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and interpret customer requirements and design expectations.
• Create and review designs for blouses and communicate cutting details, embroidery specifications, and fabric selection to the embroidery team, tailors, and cutting master.
• Guide and monitor the embroidery work to maintain high-quality craftsmanship.
• Explain and oversee cutting and stitching processes for each design.
• Ensure the right fabric, lining, threads, and materials are used as per the design and order.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand order priorities and customer expectations.
• Supervise and manage the production area to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
• Track and maintain workflow efficiency, reduce delays, and ensure quality control at every stage.
• Communicate any design revisions or corrections clearly and promptly to the respective teams.
• Support the production planning and execution for smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in fashion designing, fabric selection, and hand embroidery.
• Ability to read and explain design patterns and tailor-made styles to artisans.
• Good communication and leadership skills to manage and instruct embroidery workers, tailors, and cutters.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet tight delivery schedules.
• Team coordination abilities, especially in bridging design and production.
• Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control in garment manufacturing.
• Male candidate preferred due to on-site coordination and supervision needs.
