Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Flatbed Dispatcher based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating drivers, scheduling and overseeing loads, maintaining strong communication with clients, and ensuring timely and efficient deliveries. Other key responsibilities include utilizing logistics software, handling route optimization, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation logistics, dispatching, and fleet management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and schedule drives effectively
• Excellent communication skills for client and driver interactions
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, safety standards, and route optimization
• Proficiency in using dispatch or logistics software and basic computer skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and solve problems promptly
• Previous experience in flatbed or step deck transportation is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education; additional certifications in logistics are an advantage
